Commander Ragtime’s opened in 1990 on Church Street Station as Namco’s flagship “Ragtime” bar-arcade concept: vintage décor, live ragtime piano, and rows of coin-op classics. It became a late-night staple for downtown Orlando until Church Street’s decline in the early 2000s.
