Pine Ridge Mall, located in Chubbuck, Idaho, opened in 1981 and soon housed an Aladdin’s Castle arcade near the main food court. Though lightly documented online, a 1992 city guide confirms a Namco-operated arcade at this location.
Locals recall the arcade’s blacklit carpet, crane games, and the scent of pizza wafting from the Sbarro nearby. It closed in the early 2000s as the mall saw tenant declines.
Today, the former arcade space is repurposed, but the memories live on in southeast Idaho nostalgia forums.
