Funway

You are here:
Funway has a rich history dating back to 1959, when it began as a small indoor go-kart track in downtown Batavia. Over the years, it expanded significantly, moving to its current location on South River Street and adding attractions like bumper cars, miniature golf, batting cages, and an arcade.

In 1977, Funway underwent its largest expansion, introducing a three-level entertainment center that included a roller rink and a relocated arcade. The facility continued to grow, adding outdoor attractions like bumper boats and a new go-kart track. Ownership changed in 1990, but the tradition of expansion and innovation persisted.

Today, Funway is one of Illinois' largest family entertainment centers, offering a wide range of activities year-round.
